Business Analyst

Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing staff and supervising project, employees, and others within the company
  • Performing business requirements
  • Working closely with managerial staff
  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
  • Analyse data and reports to find ways to increase productivity and, by extension, company profits
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies

Business Development (HQ Based)

Job Description:

  • Prepare sales plan based on given Order Book target for the given period
  • Prepare presentation slides with understanding of client’s background
  • Cold call and schedule meetings with new clients
  • Always up-to-date on the labor and material cost through liaising with suppliers and subcontractors in order to optimize the selling price
  • Attend to existing client’s complaints and compliment and feedback to management
  • Review and improvise proposal/quotation prepared by other party
  • Always to ensure the list of proposal/quotation is always updated whenever there are changes to the proposal/quotation
  • Submit proposal/quotation to client on time
  • Prepare and submit sales report according to superior’s requirement and timeline
  • Recommend to Marketing Team on the promotional events to be implemented in order to increase sales leads
  • Attend to events organized by company
  • Relieve colleague whenever he/she is on leave
  • Any other ad-hoc task/s to be assigned by direct superior/HOD

 

Job Requirement:

  • Must possess at least Degree. Preference: Mass Communication/Business Management or Marketing
  • Good communication, convincing and good presentation skill
  • Enthusiast in learning and understanding new products and services
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa
  • Excellence in Microsoft Office, able to work in team and has organized documentation skill

Job Description:

  • To develop new clients base and/or business partners in a professional manner. Candidate is required to have good knowledge on solar to be able to give appropriate advice and solutions to the potential clients.
  • The candidate shall have good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • As part of the dynamic team, the candidate is required to help execute operational tasks including preliminary assessment, pre-feasibility study, business proposal preparation and related administration tasks for the business.
  • Assist in developing business plan, marketing and business development ideas including social media marketing or promotional activities.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in Business Development/Sales
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development on Engineering products and solutions or equivalent

Operations & Maintenance Technician (Batu Pahat Branch)

Job Description:

  • Prepare, schedule, and coordinate the assigned engineering project
  • To supervise and monitor site worker efficiency and productivity of progress on site
  • Effective communication and coordination between project participants
  • To attend site meeting, progress report and other necessary corresponding and paper documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Ability to liaise effectively with site administration, including site safety and control of materials/plants on site
  • Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior

 

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any related field
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering – Electrical
  • Able to work and remote to site across Peninsula Malaysia
  • Proven working experience as a Site/project engineer, at least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply with shown capabilities
  • Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
  • Proficient MS Office and Project Scheduling Software

HSE Intern

Job Description:

  • To assist and monitor Ramatex Site team with regards HSE issues

 

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate with Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational, Safety & Health are welcome to apply
  • Possess own transport and driving license (B2 and D)
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office – Words, Excel and Power Point
  • CIDB Green Card holder as Construction Personnel will be an added advantage
