Operations & Maintenance Technician (Chargeman)
Job Description:
- Perform routine maintenance including rectification, data collection and testing for Solar PV System projects;
- Perform repair and troubleshooting on the faulty PV Systems component;
- Verify and witness testing routine performed by site supervisor and O&M Jr Technician to ensure best performance, functionality and condition;
- Attend and perform safe switching procedure works for any low voltage electrical switchboard rated below 1KV especially during commissioning of Solar PV C&I Project.
- To perform all necessary testing and checking before executing any switching works.
- Ensure the readiness (time/equipment/material) and execute according to the planned maintenance schedules;
- To monitor and report of site work progress, technical issues, safety and health at the site in timely manner according to template given;
- Carry out corrective plans according to instructions given by direct superior/HOD.
- Responds to emergency call outs;
- Perform Quality Assurance checks prior Project Handover to O&M;
- Relieve colleague whenever he/she is on leave.
- Any other ad-hoc task/s to be assigned by direct superior/HOD;
Job Requirement:
- Possessed A0 or A1 chargeman certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
- Certified from Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia in any relatable fields.
- Electrical works experienced background is a must.
- Strong knowledge on Electrical, Solar PV system, Engineering standard practice and also best safety practice for electrical works.

Job Description:
- Manage and develop new and existing clients, build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
- To meet and present to customers on the company profiles, proposals and to answer to customers’ queries.

Site Safety Supervisor (HQ, Kamunting & Batu Pahat)
Job Description:
- Take pro-active measures to identify hazard, assess the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers.
- To ensure subcontractors comply to the requirements of the Safety Management System which outlined their responsibilities and commitments.
- Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party.
- Ensure first aid facility and welfare facilities for workers are in good condition.
- Coordinate with Sub-Contractor on training courses where appropriate for any unfamiliar or hazardous operations being introduced onto the project and ensure the safety awareness remains high at all times.
- To conduct site safety inspection and recommend corrective action for unsafe act of workers and rectification for unsafe condition in all workplaces by submitting written report to HQ.
- To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for DOSH and HQ record
- Compile and submit NADOOPOD, JKKP 8, Monthly Safety & Health Report to relevant parties involved (Internal/External).
- To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, etc. in place.
- Liaise with the DOSH, Police and other relevant government agencies with regard to health, safety and security matters affecting workers.

Job Description:
- Monitoring, processing and tracking delivery order and invoice confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary.

Job Description:
- To perform energy audit which includes the study of existing electrical consumption and electrical load apportioning of Clients.
- To plan, develop and implement projects which are related to energy costs reduction or improve energy/ efficiency for clients.
- To develop and implement energy-saving plans or/and programs, for example Energy Performance Contract (EPC) and Energy Monitoring System (EMS).
