Business Development Manager

Job Description: 

 

  1. To develop new clients base and/or business partners in a professional manner. Candidate is required to have good knowledge on solar to be able to give appropriate advice and solutions to the potential clients. 
  2. Preparation of proposal related document, attending tender site, interview and meeting with clients.  
  3. Following up on tender opportunities and respective internal department. 
  4. Researching new tender opportunities and identifying potential target client. 
  5. The candidate shall have good communication skills and presentation skills. 
  6. As part of the dynamic team, the candidate is required to help execute operational tasks including preliminary assessment, pre-feasibility study, business proposal preparation and related administration tasks for the business. 
  7. Assist in developing business plan, marketing and business development ideas including social media marketing or promotional activities. 

 

 

Job Requirement:  

 

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or Business Management discipline.

Sales Executive

Job Description:

  1. Manage and develop new and existing clients, build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
  2. To meet and present to customers on the company profiles, proposals and to answer to customers’ queries.
  3. Preparation of proposal related document, attending site visits and interviews.
  4. Following up on tender enquiries with client and respective internal department.
  5. To attend any event that the company had participated.
  6. To prepare Budget Proposal whenever there is a proposal submission
  7. To follow up closely with project team on the awarded project to ensure the project is executed as per design, requirement and timeline.
  8. To convey the messages and/or any requirements of our client to the project team for execution purpose.
  9. To plan for Payment Milestone which includes billing and collection for awarded project.
  10. To raise invoice through Finance Department.
  11. To follow up with client on the payment for invoiced that has been issued.
  12. Any other ad hoc assignment.

 

Job Requirement:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

Site Safety Supervisor (HQ, Kamunting & Batu Pahat)

​​ Job Description:

  1. Take pro-active measures to identify hazard, assess the risk and then implement suitable control measures to eliminate all dangers.
  2. To ensure subcontractors comply to the requirements of the Safety Management System which outlined their responsibilities and commitments.
  3. Maintain pertinent information on Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and to ensure the relevant communication information is distributed to the responsible party.
  4. Ensure first aid facility and welfare facilities for workers are in good condition.
  5. Coordinate with Sub-Contractor on training courses where appropriate for any unfamiliar or hazardous operations being introduced onto the project and ensure the safety awareness remains high at all times.
  6. To conduct site safety inspection and recommend corrective action for unsafe act of workers and rectification for unsafe condition in all workplaces by submitting written report to HQ.
  7. To submit a Monthly Safety Report and Safety Statistic record for DOSH and HQ record
  8. Compile and submit NADOOPOD, JKKP 8, Monthly Safety & Health Report to relevant parties involved (Internal/External).
  9. To observe and/or maintain a diary detailing safety activity(s), hazardous works, housekeeping, safety instruction, etc. in place.
  10. Liaise with the DOSH, Police and other relevant government agencies with regard to health, safety and security matters affecting workers.
  11. Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior

 

Job Requirement:

  1. Minimum Diploma in HSE related field/engineering
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in construction field
  3. Valid Certificate of Attendance of Site Safety Supervisor with the Department of Occupational Safety & Health (DOSH)
  4. Familiar with standard concepts and best practices for construction/substation/environment for both safety and administration
  5. Good writing and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa and English.

Project Manager

Job Description:

  1. Project management, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects.
  2. Assemble, coordinate project staff and provide direction and support to project team.
  3. Delegate task and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  4. Manage project resource allocation.
  5. Plan and schedule project timelines.
  6. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to management.
  7. Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  8. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
  9. Identify and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team.
  10. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposal, requirements documentation and presentations.
  11. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team analyses results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  12. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
  13. Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes.
  14. Monitor construction project to ensure that procedures, material and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples, owner standard and quality.
  15. Develop a cost-effective plan and detailed work scheduled for completion of project following logical pattern for utilization of resources.

Job Requirement:

Business Development cum Marketing

Job Description:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and push for conversions.
  2. Align marketing strategies with the business ultimate goals.
  3. Analyses data, insights, consumer trends and market analysis associated with best practices in the industry to identify potential business opportunities, both within the domestic market and abroad.
  4. Managing the process of preparing tender and proposal documents for overseas business opportunities.
  5. Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, email, events, and content marketing.
  6. Represent organization at exhibitions and discussions, both domestically and internationally.
  7. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, product, and leadership, to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.

Business Development Executive (4 Position)

Job Description: 

 

  1. Prepare commercial and technical proposals for potential client related to company’s products and services.
  2. To manage monthly sales report for the whole company for all department.
  3. To present monthly performance of sales report to management.
  4. Inter-department communications for preparing and submitting any tender/proposal.
  5. To conduct detailed market research on how to be competitive in the Renewable Energy industry.
  6. To assist superior to develop new business plan for any new business venture.
  7. To expand networking through cold calling, attending events and others.
  8. To generate new leads through cold calling, attending events or any other effective approaches.
  9. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets/new business opportunities.
  10. Explore, establishing and develop new contacts within the Regions and Overseas in the market and expanding the company’s sales volume.
  11. Able to travel by own transportation for any required external meeting with client, partner, or potential client.

Project Engineer

Job Description: 

 

  1. Prepare project timeline and follow up with every party to comply to the given timeline; 
  2. Update project expenditure to ensure within the project budget; 
  3. Prepare and submit Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Requisition (PR); 
  4. Prepare site visit report and dilapidation report; 
  5. Organize internal project meeting starting from kick-off to post-mortem after completion of project; 
  6. Organize meetings with external parties, example: Client, Contractors and Suppliers; 
  7. Closely monitor site progress and update to reporting line; 
  8. Prepare, compile, daily and weekly project report from Site Supervisor / Sub-contractor then submit and safe keeping (including project status and expenditure) to reporting line; 
  9. Take immediate actions required to resolve problems at site whether is to hold discussions, or getting approval from reporting line; 
  10. Prepare and safe keeping the necessary letters and reports for any incidents at site or any misconduct by contractors; 
  11. Prepare to be relocated to site for a given period of time; 
  12. Off and on visit Project Site; 
  13. Close communication with Client and always updates client on the site progress; 
  14. Close communication with Contractors on planning and execution at site to ensure meeting the set timeline; 
  15. Closely liaise with Supply Chain on the delivery of materials to site; 
  16. Close communication with Technical Team to discuss on issues at site due to design related matters; 
  17. Prepare Interim Progress Claim for Sub-contractors; 
  18. Ensure materials delivered to site is in good condition and is correct quantity by doing inspection before signing off the Delivery Order; 
  19. Perform site visit for pre-sales and prepare site visit report; 
  20. Prepare necessary documents for handover to client and to internal O&M team; 
  21. Any other ad-hoc task/s to be assigned by direct superior/HOD;

  1. Must possess at least Degree in Engineering. 
  2. Understanding of Solar PV System, utility interconnections, metering requirements and data systems. 
  3. Fluent in English and Bahasa to coordinate events, of working experience in the related field.

  5. Excellent in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, team working, documentation skills. 

 

Technical Engineer

​​ Job Description: 

 

  1. Prepare Technical Design for Solar PV System; 
  2. Prepare Technical Drawings include but not limited to Solar PV Layout, Single Line Diagram, Cable Route and other detail drawings; 
  3. Prepare necessary drawings, calculations and information necessary for Project Authority submission; 
  4. Prepare 3D modelling using available software, ex: SketchUp; 
  5. Prepare solar energy yield estimation report using available software, ex: PVsyst; 
  6. Prepare Project Budget; 
  7. Prepare and submit Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Purchase Requisition (PR); 
  8. Prepare site visit report and dilapidation report; 
  9. Ensure comply to the timeline given for design and procurement stage; 
  10. Closely liaise with Supply Chain on the procurement of materials status; 
  11. Off and on visit Project Site; 
  12. Attend to meeting with external parties, example: Client, Contractors and Suppliers; 
  13. Attend internal project meeting starting from kick-off to post-mortem after completion of project; 
  14. Close communication with Project Team to discuss on issues at site due to design related matters; 
  15. Prepare Technical Proposal and Tender to Client

Site Supervisor

​​ Job Description: 

 

  1. Closely monitor site works according to the planned works set by the Project Lead; 
  2. Ensure the installation at site is in accordance to the approved construction drawings; 
  3. Close communication and update Project Lead daily of the site works which include status, issues arise etc.; 
  4. Carry out works at site according to the instruction given by Project Lead; 
  5. Take immediate actions required to resolve problems at site whether is to hold discussions, or getting approval from reporting line; 
  6. Prepare to be relocated to site for a given period; 
  7. Handle materials delivered to site which include cross-check of the quantity delivered to site with Delivery order (DO) and bill of quantity (BQ), handover materials to sub-contractor, collect and submit all the DO to Person-in Charged; 
  8. Coordinate and liaise with Client at site on any matters related to site and immediately report to Project Lead; 
  9. Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) of the Solar PV system accordance to the checklist given; 
  10. Prepare site visit report and dilapidation report; 
  11. Perform site visit for pre-sales and prepare site visit report; 
  12. Any other ad-hoc task/s to be assigned by direct superior/HOD; 

 

Job Requirement: 

 

  1. Possess at least Diploma in electrical and/or system maintenance related course; 
  2. Working experience in Electrical and/or maintenance related; 
  3. A plus point if have experience in Solar PV System; 
  4. Fluent in English and Bahasa to coordinate events, of working experience in the related field; 
  5. Required language (s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
