KUALA LUMPUR: Samaiden Group Bhd has collaborated with Tan Boon Ming Sdn Bhd (TBM) to promote and deploy solar photovoltaic systems and smart energy solutions across Malaysia. TBM, established in 1945, is a electronics and home appliances retailer that offers a wide range of high-quality home appliances, electronics and smart technology products.

Its focus on smarter living solutions complements Samaiden’s mission to drive clean energy initiatives nationwide. Under the partnership, Samaiden and TBM will jointly offer comprehensive solar PV packages to help consumers lower electricity costs and carbon emissions.

Leveraging TBM’s reach and Samaiden’s expertise, the collaboration aims to boost green technology adoption among homeowners and businesses. This includes programmes to help consumers lower energy usage and carbon emissions, while promoting broader awareness and uptake of green technology solutions.

Group managing director Datuk Chow Pui Hee said the partnership supports the national agenda to increase renewable energy adoption and provides a new channel to engage potential customers.

“By combining Samaiden’s renewable energy expertise with TBM’s consumer reach, we are creating a new pathway to accelerate solar adoption to more users across the nation,” she said.

Through the two-year agreement, Samaiden is set to expand its renewable energy footprint beyond large-scale and commercial-industrial projects.

The collaboration also allows the company to explore new initiatives, including clean energy services, joint ventures and technology-driven innovations.
